Must be able to patch drywall, paint, cut with different saws,read tape measurements, install trim,etc. Pay will be percentage based. $ anywhere from $30 an hour to more than $75.00. Cash payout. Catch: must not be a minute late for work,or miss work or pay goes to hourly at $17.00 hourly. Hours are 9am-3am when working a job. Perfect for experienced tradesman.
