About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Millworker or Cabinet Builder to join our team in delivering high-quality custom millwork and countertops for commercial projects nationwide. This position is ideal for an experienced craftsperson who takes pride in their work, values precision, and thrives in a collaborative shop environment.
The position may be structured as part-time or full-time, depending on candidate preference and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits and a positive, safety-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and assemble custom cabinets, millwork, and solid surface components per specifications and shop drawings
• Laminate fabrication and installation, including plastic laminate (P-Lam) and veneer
• Solid surface fabrication (e.g., Corian, HI-MACS, Staron) using standard tools and techniques
• Read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
• Operate woodworking equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in millwork or cabinet fabrication
• Proficient with laminates and solid surface materials
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with cabinet-making machinery and shop tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Must have dependable transportation
