Established commercial roofing company seeking experienced flat roofing technicians to join our growing team. We specialize in TPO, EPDM, and PVC single-ply roofing systems on commercial and industrial buildings throughout Northeast Ohio.
This position involves installation, repair, and replacement of low-slope roofing systems on warehouses, retail buildings, and large commercial properties.
Responsibilities
Install and repair commercial flat roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC)
Perform tear-offs, insulation installation, and membrane installation
Heat-weld seams and install flashings, drains, and edge metal
Maintain job site safety and follow manufacturer specifications
Work efficiently as part of a professional roofing crew
Requirements
Commercial roofing experience preferred
Experience with single-ply membranes and heat welding a plus
Ability to work at heights and lift roofing materials
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
OSHA knowledge is a plus
