We are looking for 1–2 elite, production-driven craftsmen to join our team ASAP for high-end exterior renovations. This is not an entry-level position. We need reliable professionals who take ownership of their work, possess serious design-to-installation skills, and have perfect attendance. If you cut corners, this isn’t for you.
Core Responsibilities
Exterior weatherization and waterproofing at a flawless, professional level required. Including the design, implementation and execution with fluent knowledge and understanding of the science behind it.
Exterior Renovations: Expert execution of high-end exterior projects.
Heights & Roofing: Confidently navigate roofs, pump jack staging, ladders, and scaffolding safely.
Custom Metal Work: Precision fabrication, metal layout, and clean installation.
Window & Door Installation: Flawless layout, flashing, leveling, and seamless sealing.
Production Focus: Maintain a swift, efficient, high-quality workflow without micromanagement.
Requirements
Comfortable working at various heights (occasionally extreme), up and down ladders and on varied roof pitches.
Proven experience in custom metal work and exterior finish carpentry.
Flawless attendance, sharp punctuality, and reliable transportation.
Strong knowledge and skills, a professional attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: Top-tier pay, distributed weekly (based on flawless, production-driven output).
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time.
Location: Tri county and surrounding areas.
