Woodworkers! This is a great machine to achieve your best outcomes. Take your wood from the kiln in the rough to the final smooth thickness you wanted. The 15” width is wider than more than 95% of the component parts you will be using in your projects. The 5 and one half inch thickness maximum is thicker than 99% of cabinet and hobbyist needs. This planer has both of those dimensions covered.
The planer has steel backed carbide blades installed instead of high speed steel blades for long life. These blades cost $250 and up so they are a valuable addition to this planer. The original high speed steel are included for back up if you wish. The owners manual is included as well as blade setting tooling. The feed rate for materials is adjustable between two speeds for faster work or finer finish.
