I purchased this lift new in March of 2019. I rarely use it, only a few times a year. I have used it on small SUV a few cars and light truck. It is in excellent condition and is completely functional. It is portable, it has wheels and a dolly to easily move it around your garage. It does not mount to the floor and runs on 110v standard plug. I have equipment to help load.
