We are seeking a motivated and vigilant Part-Time Unarmed Security Guard to Start Friday. Apply ASAP. The hours are Fridays and Saturdays each week from about 9pm-3am. You will be working with a team and will be the first line of defense in maintaining a safe and secure environment for an entertainment venue. Excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields to apply their skills in a fun, fast-paced venue.
Duties:
Security presence
Respond quickly to stop any bad actors.
Use the least amount of force necessary at all times.
Conduct conflict management by calmly de-escalating tense situations while upholding safety procedures
Perform loss prevention activities by observing for theft or vandalism and reporting any suspicious behavior.
Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, for extended periods while maintaining high alertness during shifts
Effective communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and visitors
