Hi everyone, I am looking to purchase a quiet country home on a land contract / owner financing. I have my finances ready and want to move and close quickly before the snow hits.What I am looking for:Location: Around the Youngstown area (Mahoning or Trumbull county). Prefer rural townships like Hubbard, Cortland, North Jackson, Diamond, Milton, etc.Property Size: Must have at least 0.5 acres (half an acre) of country space.Condition: Needs to be in livable condition so I can move right in before winter.
