We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Internal Sales Representative to join our team. As a key sales team member, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.
*Responsibilities:*
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email, and social media
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth
- Conduct needs assessments with customers to identify sales opportunities
- Develop and present sales proposals to customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
*Requirements:*
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a remote or inside sales role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
