Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced painters with at least 2 years of residential and/or commercial interior painting experience. Candidates must also have the ability to refinish cabinets and operate a commercial-grade paint sprayer. This is a contract position with steady project opportunities in Youngstown and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and finish interior surfaces (patching, sanding, caulking, masking, priming).
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings with brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Deliver clean lines, smooth finishes, and professional results.
• Refinish cabinets, including prep, priming, spraying, and finishing to a high standard.
• Operate and maintain commercial-grade sprayers safely and effectively.
• Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures with drop cloths, paper, and tape.
• Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites.
• Work independently or collaboratively to meet timelines.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in interior painting (residential and/or commercial).
• Proven ability to refinish cabinets with professional-grade finishes.
• Proficiency with commercial-grade sprayers as well as brushes and rollers.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and work on ladders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Professional demeanor and excellent work ethic.
