I purchased 2 of these months ago - I only ended up using 1 of them and was past my return point with Brio for the 2nd one, so I am just going to sell it here!

** This Rack (And the rack that I am currently using) did not come with any washers. The pictures from Brio's website shows washers are included. They did not come with either of my racks. The rack that I am using now is fine without them, but if you feel like you want to use washers, you will have to run to Home Depot and grab yourself some.
It does come with all of the screws to put it together as well as the Allen wrench to tighten them. Very simple assembly - Takes about 5 minutes to put together by yourself.
