It is inspected and processed to your order. This is grass fed meat, completely natural . Hanging weight will likely be a little over 300 pounds each. How about $4.75 per pound hanging weight plus processing fee. C&J’s fee is $120 kill fee per animal—that is $60 half $30 quarter; and 80 cents per pound whole or half and 90 cents quarter. If you want all ground, it is 85 cents per pound.
