Looking for farm to rent/rent to own or horse boarding - $1,500 (Columbiana County)

We are considering moving back to Columbiana County area to be closer to my husband's work.
We are looking for a small farm or house with a few acres to rent/rent to own for our horses and chickens.
If we can't find that, then we might be interested in boarding our horses. Can do partial care or work off board. I will provide my own feed & supplements. Need to keep board reasonable. I CANNOT afford at $700 a month per horse. I have 4 horses and a mini and I need to keep board under $1000 for everyone.
Here's what I need:
-3 stalls (2 of mine prefer to be outside so they can do stalls with runs or pasture boarding but they must be fed twice a day)
- indoor or covered arena
- kid friendly, lessons would be great
- we are English riders that jump so that must be allowed (I have my own jumps)
We are VERY experienced horse people and will be looking for a laid back family friendly atmosphere where are horses will be fed and taken care of.
