Roof Was sealed with Butyl Liquid Rubber by EPDM Coatings which is a 10-year coating - $700 in materials
New rear NAPA Brake Pads & calipers summer 2024 - $325 in parts
New awning fabric installed in May 2025
Upgraded Trimark camper door lock with steel latch - $200
Installed a NOCO Genius G26000 Battery charger & maintainer to keep coach battery charging faster and maintained - $375
Indoor/outdoor thermometer
Installed extra towel racks in bath
Rear Camera added on – can be on all the time to watch rear vehicle
Dent in left front fender and one in rear bumper – in pics
Roof had leaked but no structural damage and was fixed before being sealed – in pics
