The Globe Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic people to join our restaurant team.
Located in a travel center in Hubbard, Ohio, the Globe Restaurant is seeking friendly and attentive Servers. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are correct.
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Prepare checks and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Performing opening, closing, and running side work.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service.
Skills
• Proven experience as a Server or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure while remaining on your feet for long periods of time.
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
The ideal candidate would be available for weekdays, weekends and holiday shifts as needed.
