Vintage Realistic SCT-30 3 Head Cassette Tape Deck -Needs Serviced - $40 (Near Steubenville)

This is a higher end cassette deck by Realistic that features 3 heads and dual capstans.
When you put in a cassette, it does fast forward, rewinds, and plays but the playback speed is fast.
I removed the top cover and looked and there are 2 belts missing and the other 2 belts that are there probably need changed.
There is a metal flywheel that is slightly rubbing something while spinning also. When you touch it with your finger it stops rubbing.
This unit needs serviced.
