ours is currently in its "winter condom" and I can't get into it at the moment. Its fully furnished. Has a " bed room" but was an area in the living area for 2 more beds. A wall was removed in-between the kitchen and living area for more room but was finished out. Fully loaded we are taking nothing out of it. So all dishes pots and pans, cleaning Supplies, I can't even list all the things we are leaving.. etc. Comes with hitch and 4 point stabilizer bars. Landing gear is also electric. Full shower and toilet. Outside shower works. Electric canopy. Air conditioner and heater works... i believe it has two full propane Tanks and a working stove. If interested let me know if you can bring help to unwrap it thats fine. I can't unwrap by myself.if you jave gotten this far, and are interested we will take a thousand off listed price 😀
