Our lease is up on February 1st, however we do have to give 30 days notice. Which is fine with us. We are a very quiet family with a 7 year old and a 3 month old.

We have no pets, but we would love to have a small dog. We do not have any right now though. Not allowed in this place. We are very clean and do not smoke either. Just looking at saving to get a new house to buy. We just need a little bigger space then we do now.
